You will need an Instagram Business or Professional Account in order to apply to Instagram briefs in Cohley.
Follow the below instructions to sync your Instagram account to Cohley:
- Login to Cohley and click “My Profile” in the top navigation
- Click on My Accounts
- Scroll down to add account
- Login to the Instagram account which is a public Business or Professional Account
- Follow the prompts from Meta
- You should automatically return to Cohley and see the successful sync
If that is not working, consider checking the following:
1. Ensure you are logged into the correct account in the browser
2. Clear browser cache/cookies
3. Disable Browser blockers (pop-ups, cookies)
4. Ensure you have a business or professional Instagram account
5. Try connecting from another device
If the wrong account is connected, sign out of this account on your browser. Then, sign into the correct account and click 'Update' in Cohley.
Each Instagram account connect to Cohley can only be assigned to one Creator account.
