Trending engagement is a Cohley calculation that looks at your last photos, reels, carousels, and stories over the last 30 days. We average the total number of interactions by post and divide it by the number of followers. This represents that % of your followers that engage, on average, with your posts. Interactions include comments, likes, shares, and saves. This number is updated daily.
For the first 30 days that your Instagram account is synced with Cohley, we will be storing your Story data (as it is normally deleted by Instagram after 24 hours). Therefore, Story data will not be available as an engagement metric for 30 days.
