In PayPal, not in Cohley. There is no tax-information field in your Cohley profile — every payment runs through PayPal, so any W-9 or other tax details you need to provide go in your PayPal account.
IMPORTANT: If a brief says payment or brand usage is released “once tax documentation is provided,” that documentation is specific to the brand, and should be addressed immediately as all Cohley payments should route through the platform.
