Think of a Brief as a job listing that has a set number of deliverables, clear guidelines, deadlines, and payment.
When Creators apply to your brief, their goal is to get hired so they’ll share relevant information in their application with the hopes of getting accepted.
Creators move in a cohort- you accept them all at once, they typically submit around the same window, post around the same dates if it’s an influencer partnership brief, and get paid around the same window.
Briefs typically last around 4-6 weeks depending on the project, and once the brief has its creators selected, you can no longer re-open the brief.
Each Creator follows the same deadlines in the platform- if you need to give a creator an individual deadline for any reason, you MUST send them their deadlines in the chat section. The Cohley platform will still send automatic notifications based on the original deadlines set, so you can ask them to kindly ignore those emails.
Once all creators submit their content and their posts are live (if it’s influencer partnership Brief), you can pay them in the completed tab. Once everyone is paid, the brief will move into the “Past Briefs” tab of the “Briefs” page.
