TikTok requires all influencer partnerships to be tagged according to FTC guidelines. In order to post your approved content, all branded content must be disclosed as such. If you participate in an Influencer brief with Cohley and TikTok is the chosen platform, you will be sent a special URL to use when creating your video on TikTok.
This is easiest way to connect your TikTok post to the brief:
1. Receive the email that states it's time for you to post
2. Navigate to Cohley via your mobile device
3. Click the link in the automated chat (blue message) that will open TikTok's app
4. Agree to the terms in TikTok
5. Post your video
Already posted? If you have already created your post, it's not too late to link it!
The campaign code can be copied from the message you received in Cohley from the brand when they requested you add your post via the invite link.
Once copied, you must edit your video settings post-publication by following these instructions:
- Select the video and click on the three dot icon.
- Select Ad settings button.
- Turn on the setting for ‘Disclose Post content’
- Select ‘Branded content’
- Select 'Link campaign'
- Click on ‘Add campaign code’
- Add campaign code (Ctrl+v or command+v to paste)
- The brief you linked should appear with a list to add up to 10 deliverables
- Select deliverable 1
- 'Link campaign'
- 'Confirm'
- 'Save'
- 'Continue'
