Brands can adjust which concepts you’re assigned to within a brief before you’ve uploaded any content. Once you’ve uploaded content for a concept, your assignment is locked in. Since each concept has its own deliverables (see “What are concepts?”), a change here directly affects what you’ll produce.
A brand might re-assign your concepts because:
- A different concept is a better fit for your style
- They’re balancing concepts across the full creator team on the brief
When your concept assignment changes, you’ll get an automated notification — both in the brief chat and via email — so you don’t miss it. The updated assignment is reflected in your application details under the Product & Concept selection section, and in the header when you upload content for that concept. (Note: the brief itself doesn’t change — only your application does.)
If anything is unclear about what to produce, ask the brand in the brief chat before you start creating.
