Surveys are series of questions brands have for creators — typically before they decide who to invite to a brief. They live in their own tab in your main navigation, separate from briefs, so you can take them at your own pace without getting tangled up with deliverables.
Why take a survey?
When you answer a brand’s survey:
- Your portfolio is shown to the brand alongside your responses
- Brands can sort creators by your answers, add you to Favorites or custom lists, and quickly invite you to apply to existing briefs
- You start showing up in that brand’s Creator Hub search results based on your answers
Am I more likely to be accepted into a brief if I take surveys?
Yes. Brands use your survey answers to search their applicant list and Creator Hub. To show up in those results, you need to have completed the relevant survey.
The takeaway: if you want to be on a brand’s short list, take the survey.
The more surveys you complete — especially for brands you’d love to work with — the more visible you are when they’re casting for new briefs. Survey answers also feed into your personalized brief recommendations. See How are my recommended briefs determined?
Where to find surveys
Surveys are in their own tab in your main navigation. Your Weekly Pulse email also surfaces survey activity, so you’ll know when there’s something new waiting for you.
