Finn is Cohley's AI agent. You can ask it questions in chat and it will answer using your own brief information — so you can get an answer straight away instead of waiting on the brand or emailing support.

Where to find Finn

Finn sits in a panel on the right side of the page and is open by default, so there's nothing to switch on. Collapse it from the vertical edge if you need the full width back, and reopen it the same way. Your earlier conversations, and the option to start a new one, are in the menu at the top of the panel — so you can pick up where you left off.

Finn is on desktop for now. If you're working from your phone you won't see the panel yet — use a desktop browser when you want to ask Finn something.

What you can ask Finn

Finn is most useful for the questions that come up while you're working through a brief:

  • "Where does my application stand?" — whether you've been accepted, and what the brand needs from you next.
  • "Has the brand reviewed my content?" — where your submission is in the review process, and whether a change request is waiting for you.
  • "When should I expect payment?" — Finn works from your brief, your stage in it, and its deadlines, rather than just repeating the general payment policy.
  • "When does this brief close?" — apply-by and content dates, and how long you actually have left.
  • "Can you help me with my application message?" — paste a draft, or start from scratch. Finn will tell you what's already working, suggest a couple of specific things to sharpen, and offer a version you can work from. The message you send is always your call.
  • "Which briefs are a good fit for me?" — Finn can talk through what's open and how it lines up with the work you've done.

Ask in your own words. You don't need to phrase things a particular way, and you can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation.

What Finn can and can't see

Finn only ever answers about you. It works from your own briefs, applications and payments, and it will not tell you anything about other creators — including who else applied to a brief, how many creators were accepted, or why someone else was chosen.

Finn also isn't the brand. It doesn't speak for them, and it can't negotiate on your behalf. Anything you want to raise with the brand directly — questions about the product, a deadline extension, or your content — should go in your brief chat, where the brand will see it. See I have a question for the brand about the Brief.

If Finn can't answer

Some things sit outside what Finn can help with — for example a payment that's already been sent and hasn't arrived, or a problem with your account. For those:

  • Questions for the brand — message them in your brief chat.
  • Everything else — email support@cohley.com with your name, the brand name and the brief name.
